Development, Consulting, and Infrastructure Services
Stravox LLC provides professional services including development, consulting, infrastructure support, and operational services.
Due to the nature of these services, there are absolutely no refunds on services or products once they have been delivered or performed.
We strongly recommend contacting us with any questions before purchasing or engaging our services to ensure the offering is appropriate for your needs.
Payment Authorization and Responsibility
By executing service agreements, program agreements, or purchase authorizations with Stravox LLC, you authorize Stravox LLC to process your payment for the agreed-upon services.
Upon acceptance and approval of your engagement or application, you become responsible for full payment of all service fees associated with the agreement.
Once agreements are executed and services are accepted, no refunds will be issued, and all amounts due must be paid in accordance with the payment terms outlined in the agreement.
Satisfaction and Future Payments
Your satisfaction with our services is important to us. While refunds are not issued for services already delivered, if you are not completely satisfied with your investment, you may request that future scheduled payments be discontinued, provided the request is made before additional services are performed.
Any services already rendered remain payable.
Lapsed Services
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may prevent clients from beginning or completing services within an anticipated timeline.
However, if services are purchased and the client fails to utilize or participate in those services, payments already received are forfeited and no refunds will be issued.
Stravox LLC may attempt, at its discretion, to provide comparable services within the scope of the original engagement. However, substantial time, planning, and resources are invested into the preparation and development of deliverables, and services are considered fulfilled once delivered or made available.
All Sales Final
Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing, all sales are final. Once services, consulting engagements, programs, or products have been purchased, they cannot be returned or refunded.
